About the Founder
Advocate S.S. Sidhu, the visionary architect behind Sidhu Group Pvt. Ltd., exemplifies the fusion of legal mastery, entrepreneurial zeal, and humanitarian purpose. Armed with an LLB from Panjab University and an LLM in International Business Law, Mr. Sidhu began his professional journey in the courtrooms of Chandigarh. However, it was his innate drive to build and transform industries that propelled him beyond advocacy and into the realm of strategic enterprise.
From the outset, Mr. Sidhu set out with a singular ambition: to create an organization that not only thrives commercially but also advances social and environmental well-being. In 2009, he launched PFC Groups, structuring bespoke project-finance solutions for infrastructure and industrial ventures across India and Nepal. Under his stewardship, PFC Groups grew from a boutique consultancy into a stalwart financial partner securing complex funding arrangements, navigating NPA resolutions, and fostering cross-border investments.
A relentless champion of sustainability, Mr. Sidhu spearheaded the formation of Bhadrakali Hydro Projects Pvt. Ltd. in 2022, bringing a new paradigm of clean energy to hilly terrains. Drawing on his legal acumen and strategic foresight, he negotiated pivotal land-use agreements, galvanized community support, and forged joint ventures with international technology leaders. Today, Bhadrakali Hydro’s flagship plants stand as beacons of carbon-neutral power generation, delivering reliable electricity to thousands of households and catalyzing local economic growth.
Never one to rest on past achievements, Mr. Sidhu diversified into creative media with the establishment of Foimedia Production in 2023. Recognizing the power of storytelling in a digital age, he built a full-service production house that blends cinematic quality with cutting-edge digital marketing. Today, Foimedia’s award-winning campaigns and branded content elevate client narratives across film, television, and social platforms amplifying their reach and impact.
Underpinning all these ventures is Mr. Sidhu’s leadership ethos: “Integrity in action, courage in vision.” He mentors emerging leaders through the Sidhu Group’s in-house incubator, champions STEM education in underserved communities, and sits on the boards of several non-profits dedicated to rural empowerment.
